Don and Belinda Franke began their real estate careers in 1975 and 1976. The Franke’s sold real estate for various brokers and began their construction company through their real estate success.  Franke Construction was established in 1977 and along with residential homes in the Bloomington/Normal area the Franke’s built commercial properties, student housing and residential rental properties.  Over the years Bloomington/Normal proved to be a growing and exciting area to accomplish their goals and raise their family.  The Franke’s have expanded their building and investments to the surrounding areas such as Champaign/Urbana and Springfield.  Through the growth of the company and their family, Franke Construction welcomed Matt and Keisha. The Franke children joined the partnership in 2004.  The company continues to expand, along with the family, in numbers and knowledge.

Matt works as the company's Project Manager overseeing the completion of the spec homes and working very closely with the pre-sold customers.  He shares the role of design manager with Keisha, focusing more on the framing and architectural side.  Matt also manages and schedules the Builder’s Warranty items to be completed for the homeowner.
